Raggia

This room takes its name from a cultivar from the Marche region, widespread in the province of Ancona, with a tree of high vigor, with voluminous foliage and large, expanded leaves.

It gives life to a medium fruity oil with a hint of green almond, mainly sweet, with a hint of bitter and spicy, balanced to the taste, with a basically golden yellow color.

The same balance is found in this room, with large and bright spaces; from the French windows, which face north and the access to the external porch, the fresh and spicy sea breezes arrive from the sea that can be glimpsed on the horizon and which peeps out from afar among the soft hills that seem to embrace it..

The room is located on the ground floor and is the result of attention to aesthetics and functionality, aimed at making the spaces welcoming, comfortable and pleasant.

The choice of materials, such as wood for the floors and terracotta resulting from the reuse of materials from the demolition of the old farmhouse for the floors, starts from the desire to convey warmth and hospitality; the white of the walls, in its purity, offers lightness and tranquility; the floral paper behind the bed recalls the harmony and sweetness of almond blossoms, evoked by the scents released by Raggia oil.

The “Raggia” is a room of 24 square meters, equipped with a private bathroom with shower. Conceived for flexible use, it is equipped with a double bed that can be transformed for use into two single beds. In the room there is also a sofa bed, which makes it usable also as a triple.
